I remixed my own thing! The next obvious thing to do with the Offspring band logo is to add it to a guitar pick (plectrum). The print looks good, right? :-) I added a second version of the pick; reduced the relief on the logo and thickened the pick; the .8mm version was floppy when printed at 0.2mm resolution; if your printer can handle it, use 0.1mm. Instructions The successful build you see is using Makerware, 1 shell, 100% fill, .2mm layer height. I used manual pausing to change the filament, and it came out looking quite nice! You can use Z-pause to do the same thing, I suppose. I printed up an earlier version at .1mm, but there were a lot of early fails; probably need to re-level my build plate.
