They can take a variety of special rules and special gear. They make often themselves look like the corresponding region they've been working in, such as stabbing feathers into their skull like State Troopers without the headgear, or jabbing sharp rocks into their gums to emulate vampires, and in this case strapping all manners of sea creatures to their bodies, grafting eels where their tongues were, giant crab claws - anchors and even cannons to replace their limbs; and why have one peg leg when you can have 2!!! ;)
