Remixed from Ohio State Logo Coaster by Tronn. Coaster size is 100mm x 100mm x 5mm. Holder size is 108mm x 108mm x 23mm. Print Settings Printer Brand: Robo 3D Printer: R1 ABS + PLA Model Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2 Infill: 15% Notes: I used Gizmo Dorks PLA Clear m@ 210 C. 50mm/s inner/outter perimeters, 60mm/s infill, and 30mm/s for the first layer. Cooling on after the first layer. Post-Printing Primed with automotive gray primer, then painted with modeling paints. How I Designed This Converted original coaster from .SVG to .STL, imported into 123d Design, resized, added base, and brought to a total height of 5mm. For the holder: Made a box 108mmx108mmx23mm and hollowed. Used half sphere to remove material on two sides to make it easier to grab coasters.
