This is a mount for the z board for an older model artillery Sidewinder if it needs replacing with a v4 version of the board. The holes may need to be drilled out for a better fit for the screws. I reused the original screws to mount the board to the mount (which you will need the spacers if you use the original screws). Then I just found some shorter screws that I had lying around that screwed the mount to the machine.
