Old well bucket constructed of oak and bronze The Old Oaken Bucket is a traveling football trophy awarded as part of the rivalry between Indiana Hoosiers and Purdue Boilermakers. It was first awarded in 1925, and the rivalry has been renewed annually every year in peacetime since then, except for 1903. Object was digitized using Creaform‘s GoScan!50 structured light scanner, and initial post-work performed in proprietary scanning software VXScan. This is a good representation of scanner capabilities and limitations prior to complete post-processing. IU’s CyberDH Team also digitized the Old Oaken Bucket using photogrammetry techniques.
