I designed this dock for my wife who has an iPhone 5 with a lifeproof case. Because of the case, you can't use just a standard iPhone dock. Anyways, the speaker and microphone go through a megaphone / reverse megaphone type shape that actually work (sort-of!) Mine printed beautifully with a Formlabs Form1 SLA printer.
