Sometimes simple works best. I lost my lens cap for my Olympus M.Zuiko 12mm f2 lens and I saw this design online (where it was very expensive!!). Depending on your printer, you may have to sand off the inside of the lens cap a little bit. I left no slack in the design, because for this one to stay on it needs to fit perfectly so that it creates a bit of a vacuum when you try to pull it off. For me this works like a charm: it sits on the lens very snugly and does not come off unless you want it to.
