This model is actually 2 mm to small in diameter so would suggest you rerun the original model with 64 mm and 64 mm which is what the printed version shows. I downloaded the scad model and used the write.scad script to add the labeling. Moved the default height of text up to 6mm to get it finally to print nicely with the text. The height at 64mm maybe a mm to high depending on whether you have a filter on the front and also depending on which back cap you have. At 64 64 for me it was perfect. If I knew how to update the model with my stl I would but don't know how to do it.
