The Omega #11047 "Mighty Midget" shaving brush is one of my favorite shave brushes. It is fantastic for face lathering and combining that with it's small size makes it a perfect travel brush. Unfortunately my original brush was ruined when it couldn't dry out in a cheap travel container I was using at the time. Devastating! Often when traveling I'll shower and shave the morning before checking out of a hotel, leaving no time to dry before tossing it in my luggage. I designed this case to be vented to allow the brush to dry as much as possible. Even while in this case the brush will take a while to dry, so don't completely rely on it! Designed both ends with channels to allow water to escape when placed upright, though if you are keeping the brush in the container on a flat surface it's advisable to set the case cap down. Again, you shouldn't rely on the case to adequately dry the brush after use, but this gives it a fighting chance compared to sealing it in a bag or plastic tube! This design was based on my other more generic travel shave case ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3004311 ) with a couple improvements, including the top/bottom channels. Future improvements may include vent holes in the side of the cap and if I'm really feeling ambitious, some mechanics to stand the brush up outside the cap. Safe travels!
