Omnipod syringe to insulin vial coupler

I'm a happy Omnipod user, but one of the things I miss from Medtronic's system are the little couplers that come with each reservoir, making it very convenient to transfer insulin from vial to the reservoir. With Omnipod's system, there's no such thing. You have to awkwardly hold the vial and syringe with one hand, keeping them nicely aligned and spaced apart while pulling on the plunger with the other hand. This little gizmo is meant to improve this experience and get it closer to the Medtronic solution (see pictures). It *is* a small print so results will vary slightly depending on how well your printer is tuned, so I attached the original Fusion 360 project for folks to tweak settings to whatever works best for them.
