I designed some shells for an old Swiss Army knife that was broken, I first took it apart to keep only the main blade. I cleaned all the parts with sandpaper then I sharpened it and reassembled it. I made the two plastic shells in black 3D printing, I made two slots for the tweezers and the toothpick. I also put my initials on one of the shells. For the glossy finish and to make it more solid I filled my initials with white epoxy resin and once this was dry I covered the shells with epoxy resin with a brush. The result is quite shiny and you can't tell it's 3D printing at all. To glue the shells I used epoxy glue. I hope this little project will inspire others! Don't hesitate to put a "like" and customize your knife! PS: It might be nice to sharpen the blade at the end to avoid cutting yourself ^^
