Track Connector for Marklin One Gauge 5900 type track. One Gauge (1 Gauge) track is fairly uncommon. It is large scale that is pretty much the width of "G Scale" but the cars are 1:32 in size. The One Gauge I have (Marklin 5900 300mm straight track) is also much 'shorter' with the rails only about 0.2 inches high, versus G Scale which is taller. This is a 40 year old set and the track connectors where loose and allowing the track to separate and cause derailments. This snaps over the last two ties to keep the tracks together. Instructions Printed with a PB+ sliced with Slic3r at 0.4 levels, three perimeters and .2 fill with PLA. I print them with out a brim, though a brim gives it a bit more lip in the bottom to snap tighter. I print them off 9 at a time on my pB+. My son thinks they look 'Christmas-y' in virgin PLA. This is the first thing that I've measured, CAD'd and printed all in one iteration and it worked.
