It's thicker and longer than the other and snaps onto the lid for a tight grip that self tightens as you put pressure on it in the direction of the arrow on the handle. The wedge on the other end of the opener is for your thumb to help spead it out to fit on the bottle cap easier. It has a keyring hole! Flip it for reverse use! #Thank you!
