Clips onto thin objects and holds on by friction/spring force. The arm attached was intended for cable organization. To adjust the clamping force, you'll want to play with the infill % around the U-shaped spring section at the bottom. I did 15% on the teeth/upper 60% and 40% on the lower U-bend and got pretty strong clamping force.
