Note: I made some updates that can be found here: https://www.printables.com/model/241050-flexagon-parts -- Thanks to scottychop and VengefulTwinky for their efforts! I used Fusion 360 to repair and separate out one of the six filament connectors from the "Flexagon Fidget" by scottychop at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2706965 . Nice design but the stl files were damaged. I also rotated the remixed "Remodeled Flexagon Body" by VengefulTwinky here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3539441 by 30 degrees to lay flat and then aligned the bottoms of both parts to print simultaneously. The two parts are one sixth of a Flexagon that is assembled with 1.75mm filament. The filament is inserted and then the ends melted with a hot piece of metal to lock it in position. The hole sizes, as I recall at 2.4mm for the 1.75mm filament. Print the pair of parts six times for a complete Flexagon. Optionally, I added one complete stl with all twelve parts to print at once. I have printed this at 0.28 layer height and saw that the filament did fit nicely in the holes. Support is not needed to print.
