One stage reducer
grabcad
Electric motor whirring at a pace of 22 kilowatts imparts 1500 revolutions per minute to a mechanical reducer with spur gears, transforming the input energy into kinetic motion. The reduction is facilitated by an effective gear ratio of precisely 3.15, permitting precise transmission of power and movement. A single toothed gear, Z1, featuring 17 pointed projections along its circumference, takes in the spinning torque while rotating itself with measured regularity. Its complement, another spur gear designated Z2, boasts 54 projecting teeth designed to further augment output by providing increased friction and gripping power as the machine performs a continuous flow of operational functions. In perfect synchronization, Z1 and Z2 seamlessly interface their respective inputs to generate an end product that spins rapidly at exactly 476 revolutions per minute on its corresponding shaft. Moreover, during the mechanical conversion process from input to output, each cogging movement contributes effectively towards resulting torque production valued at approximately 421 Newton-meters or (output torque Nm).
