**CAUTION: Very thin airfoil (test version weighs just 0.42 grams printed with 100% infill). If you want to print this, make sure your printer is properly calibrated, else risk the propeller breaking off if you plan on using it for more than testing purposes. ** This propeller has been designed using the **Onera HOR04** airfoil coordinates. All tests were performed on the **[Drone Propeller Thrust Testing Jig](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2302071)** (all results below). I printed this part with a slow setting, with the help of a **[0.2mm nozzle](http://amzn.to/2qQdFvg)** at 0.04 layer height. I deburred and cleaned the print with the help of an **[X-ACTO Knife](http://amzn.to/2pV1sGA)** After this, I then got to finish the propeller using a **[500 grit sandpaper](http://amzn.to/2pTNwic)**. Here are the readings for a few voltage presets (also visible in the pictures taken): - **1.5V** => **8.43 grams** - **2V** => **19.04 grams** - **2.5V** => **27.71 grams** - **3V** => **36.41 grams** The files I included contain all pictures relevant to the test, along with 6 txt files that contain airfoil coordinates, the STL files and finally the SLDPRT files. Should you want to play with the propeller, you need to get a bunch of **[8520 coreless motors](http://amzn.to/2qPUhi4)**. Use the SLDPRT files, in case you desire to make your own changes to the propeller. **Notes:** The airfoil plotted by using the matplotlib library in python.
