I created the propeller using the **Onera HOR07** airfoil. All tests were performed on the **[Drone Propeller Thrust Tester](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2302071)** You can inspect the results below. Part printed at slow speed, with a **[0.2mm extruder nozzle](http://amzn.to/2qQdFvg)** at 0.04 layer height. I deburred and cleaned the print using a **[Precision Knife](http://amzn.to/2pV1sGA)** After this, it was sanded using a **[400 grit sandpaper](http://amzn.to/2pTNwic)**. Here are the thrust measurements for some voltage presets (you can also view these in the images): - **1.5V** => **12.54 grams** - **2V** => **17.31 grams** - **2.5V** => **22 grams** - **3V** => **40.17 grams** The included files consist of all shots taken during the test, with 6 text files that have all the airfoil coordinates used in the build, the STL files and finally the SLDPRT files. If you'd like to tinker with the propeller, make sure you have a few **[8520 coreless motors](http://amzn.to/2qPUhi4)**. You can use the SLDPRT extension files, should you desire to make your own changes to the drone propeller. **Note:** Airfoil plotted by using the matplotlib library for python.
