I created this micro drone propeller by using the **Onera HOR12** airfoil. It got tested on the **[Drone Propeller Thrust Testing Jig](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2302071)** Results can be inspected below. It was printed at a slow speed, by using a **[0.2 extruder nozzle](http://amzn.to/2qQdFvg)** at 0.04mm layer height. The final part was cleaned using a **[Precision Knife](http://amzn.to/2pV1sGA)** After this, I went on and sanded it with a small piece of **[500 grit sandpaper](http://amzn.to/2pTNwic)**. Here are the thrust readings for some voltage values (you can also view these in the images): - **1.5V** => **4.7 grams** - **2V** => **13.56 grams** - **2.5V** => **18.52 grams** - **3V** => **31.69 grams** The files you can download contain all the pictures taken during the test, with 6 text files that have all the airfoil coordinates used in the build, the printable STL files and finally the SLDPRT files. If you'd like to play with the propeller, you need to get a **[8520 coreless motor](http://amzn.to/2qPUhi4)**. You can use the SLDPRT files, should you wish to make your own changes to the propeller. **Notice:** The airfoil plotted using the matplotlib library in python.
