**Notice: This airfoil is pretty beefy. I had to sand down the final print pretty well, to capture all the fine details of the curve.** The propeller was inspired and designed after the **Onera HOR20** airfoil coordinates. Tests were peromed on the **[Drone Propeller Thrust Tester](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2302071)** (all of the results can be seen below). Part printed at slow speed, with the help of a **[0.2 nozzle](http://amzn.to/2qQdFvg)** at 0.04mm height per layer. I cleaned the final part with the help of an **[X-ACTO Knife](http://amzn.to/2pV1sGA)** After this, I went on and sanded it with a **[400 grit sandpaper](http://amzn.to/2pTNwic)**. Here are the thrust measurements for a few voltage presets (you can also view these in the images taken during the test): - **1.5V** => **6.04 grams** - **2V** => **11.85 grams** - **2.5V** => **20.28 grams** - **3V** => **28.25 grams** The files you can download consist of all the pictures taken during the test, with 6 text files that have all the airfoil coordinates used in the build, the STL files and the SLDPRT files. If you want to have some fun with the propeller, you should grab a **[8520 coreless motor](http://amzn.to/2qPUhi4)**. Use the SLDPRT extension files, just in case you wish to make your own changes to the drone propeller. **P.S.** Airfoil plotted using the matplotlib library in python.
