OneUp Bed Replacement

OneUp Bed Replacement

thingiverse

This is the beginning stages of a major overhaul of the OneUp 3D Printer. Print both a front and a back piece, then replace the original bed mount with these parts. I will upload better pictures later. If you do not have a long enough belt to fit into the M3 belt clamps, you may need to find a source for longer belt (or replace the current with a GT2 belt and pulley [prefered]). You will also need zip ties to attach the linear rods. I printed these parts on my OneUp at a 45 degree angle to make them fit on the print bed. These parts are currently being used on my OneUp printer. Print Settings Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 200 micron or better for detail Infill: 20% or better, 30% prefered Notes: Print with the long flat side down, with the belt clamp up. If your printer prints easily removable supports, you may try that, however I found it not needed as my printed bridges easily enough.
