Print in flexible TPU. 100% Infill Will print with 2 supports that should come out fairly easily. May need a screw driver to pry out. Will not be easy to stretch on rim, but you want it to be tight. start on one side and work it around sides. May have to use a screw driver to help, but be careful not to break or over stretch the guard and be careful not to harm the rim. I put a new tire on after the rim guard, but I probably should have put tire on first.(You shouldn't have to remove tire, but will have to remove air and separate tire from rim.
