Onewheel mini fender V3

Dear all, This is the 3rd iteration of the onewheel mini-fender. This one is more aesthetic, more round, follow the shape of the tire. Don't hesitate to print it in ABS so you can use acetone to weld everything together easily. printing in PLA is OK but you will have to use a glue to assemble parts together. This new version is also more printer friendly and all the parts can be printed at same time on a classic Prusa i3 variation. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: prusa i3 hephestos Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.02mm Infill: 50% Notes: basically print is with your classic default settings, there is nothing special. a lower infill can be used, but I got some difficulties due to the weakness of the small position buttons I print on the lower part of the fender. It's still necessary to drill holes to install the fender on the onewheel. Next update should solve that. Post-Printing I used acetone vapor to smooth everything then a layer of plastidip to protect :) How I Designed This from scratch ;) with freecad :)
