Onion Omega Minidoc Case Remix Vents

As the Onion Omega can run pretty hot, it made sense to add some vents to the side and lid. Used for Onion Omega plugged into the minidock for power/usb. Bottom circular hole may need to be opened up with a tool to get round appearance. Bottom venting not as critical as top, thus some holes being less open on the bottom are ok.
