this a representaion of the early 20th century wooden LWB Toad Brake Van designed at GWR Swindon Works. (My late dad was a pattern maker in the GWR wheel shop) Assembly is required: Window acetate (optional) You may like to finish the windows with some clear plastic acetate fixed to the inside of the body for a more realistic look Glue the brake tiller to the post inside the body Set aside to dry Print 2 buffer bars and glue to the chassis Print 2 sets NEM couplings (fix the hook to the eye with a staple, bent and trimmed to fit) Print 2 brake assemblies, glue to the chassis and leave to dry Once dry glue the body to the chassis You may want add some weight to the inside of the body ( I use large nuts and bolts or even some old pre decimal pennies with a dab of glue to stop movement) Glue on the roof Glue the chimney to the centre offset of the rear end of the roof Fit some OO wheels Have fun! Creative Commons personal use license, so please mention me if remixing or adapting This is in OO scale but a good conversion chart for HO, N etc can be found here: dfarq.homeip.net/a-model-railroad-scale-conversion-chart/ Just enter the percentages into your slicer NB The NEM chassis is adapted from CraftyNerds design
