For the writing end of the pen, I used a Lamy nib/feed. I inserted the Lamy nib/feed into a short length of straw so that ink will not soak into the printed section. The straw/feed combination was then tightly wrapped with a couple of layers of scotch tape until it was a firm fit inside the section. I found that the cap was not able to post at the back of the pen properly, so I redid it using Microsoft's 3D builder to add threads at the end of the body so that the cap could be screwed on to the back. I also liked small pens so at the same time, I shortened the body to fit 1 international cartridge. The standard body length can contain 2 cartridges, 1 in use, 1 spare. Thanks to Zoidberg38 for doing the hard work of coming out with this pen design. One day, I hope to be able to draw fine threads that prints out well. I printed another fountain pen design but the threads sort of "melted". Probably the thread angle was >45 degrees and my printer couldn't take it.
