Using fans this way might certainly void your warranty! They are probably not designed to press air through a filter. ### Prototype *We built a Prototype with:* * a Noctua NF-A20 5V PWM * a Xiaomi SCG4021GL * 4x M4x20 with M4 Nuts *Instructions:* Just glue the three parts you find in the files section. We glue stuff here, it's honest work. The prototype works but the middle Cylinder should have been taller. This part is called part C in out Customizer. *Thoughts:* The Noctua NF-A20 5V PWM runs at 18.1dB/A and manages to move air with 146,9m³/h (both without the filter(**!**)). But nobody can stop us building more than one. And while it only needs a 5V Adapter and runs at 0.85W you could evenly spread these around your house. (You could even run it from a powerbank, if you want.) Noctua provides USB power adaptor cable for this fan. You could use a fan with a higher static pressure or add more fans. Use another filter. Add a particle sensor, write code. You could do anything here. It is like zombo.com. ### Customizer We wrote a OpenSCAD Programm (click on the top right on "Open in Customizer") where you can choose different fan sizes and filters, and all parts are generated for you. If this does not work for you, please download the OpenSCAD file from the files section. ### Coming soon * **Blueair** sent us some of their radial filters to add to the project, so we will be adding their filters soon. Thank You Blueair! * Speed improvements of the Customizer. * A table with meassured airflow, so you know what to expect from filter and fan combinations. * We are working on some code to generate all parts for smaller buildplates.
