The original was too large to print on my Prusa MK3S so I sliced it up and added a 1.5mm groove between the two pieces for mating after printing. A small 20mm x 4mm x 1.5mm plastic tab included in STL This little tab is used for mating the two pieces together. Apply glue/epoxy. For added stability, I recommend printing a small rectangular plate to glue between each piece as well. Once glued use bondo or whatever filler you desire. Add a few coats of paint and you're good to go! Alternatively, pre-drill a few holes and tap between the top and bottom pieces then screw together for even more stability.
