Open PCR - Body folder Instructions Open PCR was designed by Josh Perfetto and Tito Jankowski. It is a physical kit of parts that you can purchase from their website. I downloaded the SLT files from their website (http://www.openpcr.org) and uploaded the files here. I am sharing the virtual parts and builds at Thingiverse for educational purposes. I teach a biomedical engineering lab (BME 100) at Arizona State University. The students use these files for hands-on learning of CAD in the context of a biomedical application (amplifying DNA via PCR to detect disease-linked mutations).
