Print: PLA, 4x layer 0.2 - 40% infill Material for assembly: 12x M3x70 hex head screw 12x M3 nuts Material for casting: AXSON UR 3450 - BLACK POLYURETHANE CASTING ELASTOMER HARDNESS 80 – A SHORE – COLD CURING http://www.axson-technologies.com/sites/default/files/ur3450-gb_1.pdf Mould must be treated with paraffin separator before pouring polyurethane! Presonally, I use a mould without the top cover. Simply cut top edge by sharp knife after 24h. Use vacuum to remove bubbles after mixing polyurethane.
