I only had a 4" hole saw and wanted my parts to look more pro and didn't want to dremel it out. 2 hours for pass through USB. I plug the Granite board into the usb pass-through so I have 2 usb ports on the back of my box, this keeps me from worrying about breaking the SMV board. The 2 fuse holes have an 8 and a 10 in the print so you don't switch them up. The USB and Granite are also labeled out. I use a DB25 on the face and the encoder wire, internally it wires back to the Dennis board and uses a DB15. Using this on the faceplate:http://www.amazon.com/Computer-Female-Solder-Adapter-Converters/dp/B00FH85VX6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1445890955&sr=8-1&keywords=db25+female USB Pass through these:http://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Neutrik/NAUSB-W/?qs=%252b86TLfaev2%2FHtEQBGCrhIg%3D%3D&gclid=Cj0KEQjwnrexBRDNmZzNkf7c4c4BEiQALnlxhamQZIf1rgxgc5id18EA1IweFsgbpZB98OCbqiSqsg4aArKH8P8HAQ For my fuses I use these:http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00HG9SFKK?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s00 For my switches I use these:http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00E0L224C?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_search_detailpage Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .25 Infill: 60% Notes: Used ABS, 80mm/80mm speed, 3mm thick, 3 walls
