This is a little wind turbine. It can be printed at 100% scale or 54%. See instructions for more details. Instructions This is a worl-in-progress please double check all parts before you start with the assembling. I will really appreciate any feedback Scale 100% (to be tested) N 4 - 626-2Z bearings for the full scale N 2 - bolt 6mmx130mm N x - washer and nut N 12 - Coils. I plan to use the OMRON LY2 110VDC Relais coils. Scale 54% ( 1 Done ) I did not plan power generation for the small scale. N 4 - 4 623-2Z N 2 - bolt 3mmx70mm N x - washer and nut N 1 - 60cm rod. I used graphene rod 10mm ext 3 mm int. N 9 - 1mmx4mm self-tapping screw Some plywood 1,5mm thick for the wind blades. Blades From the plywood cut 3 isosceles trapezoid. 15mm small side (top) 39mm long side (bottom) 3000mm height Tail 1 isosceles trapezoid. 7cm small side 17cm long side 11cm height Tail supports 2 rectangles 16cm long side 12mm small side !! double check this measure !! Those rectangle must be placed on the middle of the Tail and stickout from the short size of about 2/3 of their size. Print tips. The body (corpo) must be rotated with the bottom bearing hole facing the print plane. I suggest to add, then, a 15° angle and a bottom cut of 1mm. The mozzo must be rotated with the plane face facing the print plane. The tappo must be rotated with the bigger plane face facing the print plane. Settings For my prototype i used 0.8mm nozzle 0.3 layer 0.8mm thin wall 13% infill Future The upper cap is only a "stub" it misses holes and engraves.
