Hello! This is my original Expandable Grenade launcher Chassis (EGLC) design! With it you can turn a normal 45x45 aluminium extrusion into a lightweight, compact and 100% modular grenade launcher! <h1>This is completely open source! Go wild! make all sorts of things with and for it! It's totally yours to change, edit, and modify as you please.</h1> Remember to notify us if you make something for or with it! Tag us on instagram @alba.arms or on facebook, facebook.com/alba.systems.airsoft! As of now the 45x45 size is the only one that has been tested and we're sure it works. When we test smaller sizes, those will be added aswell. Print all of the parts in your preferred material. Rails should be printed with a higher infill, and also the grip adapter. print it upside down with the cut part facing upwards, with supports. Print the t-blocks with the hex facing up. Once you do, press-fit M4 nuts in them to make them secure, and slide them in the extrusion. Alternatively, you can use normal t-nuts, if you have them available. The stock adapter allows you to mount any m4 compatible buffer tubes. The grip adapter is compatible with most real steel/GBBR pistolgrips! Also, rails can be interchanged for metal ones if you have them. Sand abundantly the stock adapters, or print them both at 105-110% scale to ensure a tight fit without destroying your fingers with sandpaper. The stock can fold in both directions, depending on the side you choose to install the rotating pin on. It's locked in position with a cross pin. Print the stock pieces with the "wings" on their side for maximum mechanical strenght. I printed all of the parts in PLA.
