Remember that you can independently scale the length and width of the hairpin in PrusaSlicer.</p> <p>You will almost certainly have to smooth the surface of the pin. The easiest way is using sandpaper or a precision carving knife. Depending on you material, chemical smoothing might be an option.</p>
