<p><strong>This test model can be easily printed from Prusament PVB. It is a specially designed model for testing Prusament PVB samples.</strong></p> <p>Open Source Organizer for nozzles or screws inspired by the Open Source logo. The model consists of two parts - a container and a lid.</p> <p>You can choose from two versions:</p> <p><strong>1) nozzle organizer</strong></p> <ul> <li>ideal for 4 types of nozzles (eg 0.25, 0.4, 0.6, and 0.8 mm). Designed for E3D V6 nozzles. </li> </ul> <p><strong>2) screws and nuts organizer</strong></p> <ul> <li>suitable for any small screws and nuts</li> </ul> <p>The model is designed for 3D printing from PVB material, which is a special easy printing with good transparency. The printed PVB model can be easily smoothed using post-processing with isopropyl alcohol (IPA) to give the model a glossy look.</p> <p>Design by Prusa Polymers</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>The whole model weighs approximately <strong>28 g</strong>.</p> <p>We recommend using any two Prusament PVB sample colors and printing a multicolor model. <strong>The attached g-codes include a color-change, so you will be prompted to change the thread.</strong></p> <p><em>STL</em><br/> We recommend printing the model from PVB or PLA.</p> <p>It is possible to use the default Prusa Slicer print settings for a 0.4 mm nozzle.</p> <p>Recommended layer height: 0.15 - 0.2 mm<br/> Perimeter: 2</p> <p><em>G-code</em> (will be added)<br/> Designed for Prusament PVB printed on the MK3/MK3S/MK3S+ printer.</p>
