I modified my existing 2500mAH battery, which had become too large for Robert's original single-battery design, by creating a thicker single-battery case using his dual battery case as a template. The new case is approximately 2.5mm thicker than the original in the battery compartment area. Additionally, I drilled a hole opposite the explorer board reset button to allow users to manually reset their device without having to open the case.
