This is a case for a common smaller OpenAPS implementation. NOTE: This may not fit the very new 1.3 version of the Explorer board that is shipping in July/August because they made the board 0.85mm thicker. Dimensions: 65x51x21mm for 2500 mAh version, and 65x40x21mm for 2000 mAh version. The enclosures expect the Explorer and Edison to use 3.0mm spacers. The hole on the top is for a lanyard loop. To make it easier, I print the first layer double thickness.
