This is a tool holder for my super-handy SMD component testing tweezers. It snaps over an OpenBeam beam, which I used to make a laptop stand. The specific model I have is the "Neewer MS8910 SMD RC Resistance Capacitance Meter tester Auto Scan". It's also sold under the Mastech brand. The bonus pen holder fits a Pigma Micron pen nicely.
