The original design is awesome!!! But, the nut trap didn't work for me because I have M5 screws and it appears to have been made for M6 screws which didn't fit through the as printed. I used the V2 versions of the files. I used two 12mm long M2.5 screws for the clamp and M5x45mm screws for the tension, which were longer than necessary, but the longest I had were M5x20mm, which were too short. M5x25mm would probably have worked but I didn't have them. I'd recommend buying M5x30mm if you have to buy some. I used M5 socket cap screws to attach the brackets to my OpenBuilds V-slot extrusions. Note that I had to tap the holes myself, but that is fairly simple and quick with a good tap, a strong DeWalt drill and some aluminum cutting fluid (you could probably get away with any simple oil if you're careful). My belts are nice and tight now, and produce a low note twang when plucked--perfect!
