OpenForge 2.0 Dungeon Stone Arched Doors

I've updated the old dungeon stone doors to OpenForge 2.0. Not only does Dungeon Stone finally get wide double doors, but I've added a new, narrow door. On top of that, this release has some great wood grain doors as an update on the older flat texture doors of the past. I've also introduced narrow doors, which gave us the ability to have BA doorways. I also added A narrow doors so that you could have A doors that could have side clips.
