OpenForge 2.0 Magnetic Bases (3mm magnets)

I had only 3mm magnets handy, so I modified the SCAD in [OpenForge 2.0 Plain OpenLOCK Base](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1910972) by [devonjones](https://www.thingiverse.com/devonjones) for this smaller size. The holes have been made smaller and moved closer to the edge because the magnets are not as strong. This set includes 7 sizes (1x1, 2x2, 3x1, 3x3, 4x1, 4x2, 4x4) in 2 varieties (plain, cut stone) and 2 scales (25mm, 1in). Changelog: * **2018-02-24** Added 25mm base files and renamed everything to more closely fit the OpenForge way.
