I created a spiked floor trap tile for the OpenForge Dungeon Stone tile set. Just print a 2x2 inch OpenForge Base to glue on. V2 prints with holes to use regular toothpicks for spikes. Slap it on the table and give your party a harder time to crawl the dungeon.
