I love the original dungeon stone tiles by devonjones. So I created a rotating spike trap tile for the tile set. Print a 2x2 inch OpenForge Base to glue on and take 2 regular toothpicks to serve as spikes. Slap it on the table and give your party a harder time to crawl the dungeon.
