Still a early concept. (And I welcome ideas and improvements)Goal: a cheap DIY 3D lidar (without slip rings) and wireless data transfer between the rotating axis. Wireless power coils between the rotating axis to eliminate the use of cords.Using ESP-NOW protocal to transfer data between two Nodemcu´s.Also tested IR data transfer with IrDA2 boards (But got interference from the wireless power coils.)WIFI access for wirelessly access lidar data. Goal is to have a battery back and a magnet as a add on. So one can use it with power supply and cables and still access lidar data for quick mapping.
