December 28, 2016 I designed my own Rim version to use commercial tyres. They are for any 52mm inner diameter and 26mm wide tyre. You can find one rim for front tyres (F1Car_MyRimFront.stl) and one for Rear Tyres (F1Car_MyRimRear.stl). They works in the same way of barspin's rim version (just only #2 MR128ZZ bear for the Front Rim). Enjoy them :-) December 25, 2016 This is a remix of the OpenRC Formula 1 car by Barspin. I had some warping problem with Rear Axle so I splitted it in three pieces (more easy to print). Just print #2 lateral_RearAxle and #1 Central_Axle. You can assemble it just with #2 m3 screw (12mm lenght). I also like to use 12hex commercial tyres so I designed new tyre holder for front and rear. For each front tyres you need #2 MR128ZZ bear (same 8mm inner diameter bear in the barspin's BOM) and #1 F683ZZ (maybe also a normal 683ZZ bear is useful). No needs for rear tyres. Just fit it in the RearAxle. I added a servo rod. I use it to assemble servo saver with the servo itself. I doesn't have 1mm steel rod and I printed a simple bar with 2 holes rotated by 90 degree. Last change is for pignon and spur gear. I listen to someone had problem with pignon (it doesn't work properly after a while because may be it doesn't fit again with motor axle) so I designed a new set of gear 32DP so you can use standard pigno (you can buy it for few euro).
