My son said the lid came off the original box too easily, so I used four dome clips instead of one. To easily remove the lid squeeze the lower part on the sides just below and between the domes. Also increased the width a little so cards in protectors would fit. Easily customizable using OpenSCAD. If you want to put a custom pattern on the box using velocity painting (https://github.com/MarkWheadon/velocity-painting) and have Simplify3D and know a little about programming using node.js, I wrote a Simplify3D g-code post-processor that restricts the image to one side of the box and the outer perimeter only: https://github.com/spinorkit/VelocityPaintingFixer This post-processor restores the speeds used in the original g-code so that the box prints in about the same time as if velocity painter had not been used. It also means you can ensure the top of the box is nice and smooth by using a very low speed for the first layer. Be sure to preview the resulting g-code in Simplify3D using File | Preview G-Code File... before printing!
