OpenSCAD model generates a stacked set of Plexiglass slices that can be assembled into a small box. Use acrylic glue to seal the top and bottom covers onto the core slices. The case can then be opened like a clam shell. Larger cavities can be created using more core slices. Everything is a parameter in the OpenSCAD source code.
