This interfaces an OPMOD Gen1 NV adapter for PVS-14 J-ARM Instructions Cut a 0.125 inch plate 1 inch x 0.4 inches. Drill & tap a 1/4-20 hole in the center and drop into the cutout, use a #7 drill. Tap 1/4-20 in the plastic also.
