Optical end stops for 2020 rail Designed for the CL-260 Ultimaker clone. I didn't like how the switch style end stop restricted gantry movement so I designed this end stop holder that allows the trigger to past through. The trigger is installed into the xy ends that came with the cl-260 kit. Print Settings Resolution: .2mm Notes: Print them with slot aimed down to bed, the largest flat surface on the part. The 2 plastic pillars should be standing up. Enjoy. Post-Printing Install Optical Sensor into print, be careful not to break the 2 small legs. Melt 2 legs with hot metal, down to PCB to secure it in place. Install on your 2020 rail with a single bolt and T nut I pulled the metal pin out of a rivet and installed it onto the bushing block as my trigger. A Finishing nail would work also. If your sensor wont detect it, paint the end black. You could also use a small piece of Filament here but I didn't like the idea of it bending somehow. *If you broke the pillars during step one, some hot glue works to hold sensor in, but the fitting is tight anyway so shouldn't need it.
