Optical filament sensor with PTFE guiding

Raptorfx's simple optical filament runout sensor is a great design. I decided to remix it to add slots for PTFE tubes so it can be mounted directly to bondtech style extruders. I probably won't actually use this myself since I discovered that the sensors I was going to use are broken, but the design came out good enough to share with others at least. :)
